Monday, August 13, 2007 IT'S RENFEST TIME AGAIN I love this time of year! The air, the smell, the leaves changing, the cool morning breeze during my runs, the fact that the kids go back to school in 3 weeks.... WAHOOOOOOOO! And to top it all off it's Renfest time again.This year should be especially fun. The troupe from my belly dancing class is dancing (as they have for many years) this very weekend at the Renfest. Now, I am not part of "the Troupe" because I fall over standing still, so I am a tad scared to actually perform. However, I will be there this Sunday, in costume, to support the Troupe, participate in the belly dancing contest and just plane make a complete arse of myself. So if you're in the neighborhood and thinking you were going to go to the Renfest anyways this years, come by on Sunday. If nothing else you can have a good laugh at my expense. Update, for anyone who knew I was in a motorcycle accident, I'm up and running agian! But I still can't spell worth a bean. UPDATE! It seems that Sundays' weather is going to be cold and wet. Not good weather for trapesing around Renfest in belly dancing garb.
