Tuesday, February 08, 2005 John likes holes So, it's that time of year again. The time of year when John has not had enough work to keep his mind busy, so it strays to crazy thoughts of "we need a hole in the wall." This is a common occurance. I've arrived home from work on many occasions, only to find he managed another hole in a wall. Yesterday was no exception.I called home when I was leaving work to see how Devin was doing (as he was home sick). Devin answered the phone. I asked him how he was (fine) and if his dad was home (yes) and what was dad up to? (Oh mom, do you really want to know?). Translation: New hole in the wall. posted by me | 8:59 PM | 2 comments Comments: Post a Comment Oooo! I like it though! Tell him he can come put new holes in my walls anytime he wants! As long as he actually finishes it up. See, that's the difference between John and most people. Most people start a project and get as far as making the hole, but they never finish. John gets stuff done. # posted by dan : 2/09/2005 3:04 PMIt wasn't always the case. I used to come home and cringe every time I saw a new project underway. But I've trained him well. It is now a goal to see how many projects he can complete in one day. You should see our living room now....wait I'll post it for you. # posted by Colleen : 2/11/2005 5:54 PMBack to Blog |
