Who's in charge anyway?

I just spent an hour in a high school auditorium and decided it was the equivalent of hell. None of this would have occured, however if my husband had been present. But I made the mistake of sitting in the front row bleachers. I was kicked, stepped on numerous times, clocked in the head with elbows and purses, spit on, shot gum at, and told “I had to move” in order for the person behind me to be comfortable. But the most appalling were all the young children who were allowed to run out into the auditorium, around the bleachers, around the entire balcony and out of the auditorium into the school to run wild without supervision. At one point, a group of students came out and threw t-shirts at the crowd (mostly the area the young students were sitting), one child caught one and brought it to her mother (sitting behind me) and then proceeded to steal shirts from the other kids around her and bring those to her mother, who never said a word about it. They walked out with 10+ shirts. I’m thinking it was a contest for them or something. I heard kids say things to their parents like “I said go get me some popcorn!” or “I want…” etc. And they would get. I so want to enter my entire city in a nanny 911 contest. Wonder if they have a group rate? They have Nanny 911 for families who supposedly have "uncontrollable kids", but they don't have some nanny/hero show for the "clueless parents"?
